On October 1, 2001, Pro-Tainer, Inc. moved its manufacturing facility to a new location in the Alexandria Industrial Park providing employees with a state of the art working environment along with new sandblasting and paint booths. Shane Schmidt, the company owner, is dedicated to employee team structures and values, and is committed to the company's vision: "Helping the world conserve our natural resources." In July 2005, Pro-Tainer Inc. added an exciting new addition at the ownership level with Shaynen Schmidt (son of Shane) joining Shane as Vice-President. This father-son team has many new ideas to add to Pro-Tainer equipment for yet another generation.
